Why MCH Strategic Data

Institutions do not behave like companies

Hospitals, physician groups, school districts, nursing homes and government agencies are mission driven rather than profit driven. They hire on a calendar, buy on a budget cycle, and are organized around roles that general business databases were never built to describe. MCH Strategic Data has been modeling that structure since 1928.

Person plus place, held as a relationship

The public provider file tells you a clinician exists. It does not tell you which hospital employs them, which group practice they belong to, or which surgery center they also operate out of. MCH normalizes the contact once and links it to every organization it is attached to, so one provider at four locations stays one provider.

Titles normalized to something usable

More than 200,000 raw educator job title variations are rolled up to roughly 400 standardized functions. A grade two teacher, a second grade teacher and a pod two teacher land in the same segment, so you can reach an algebra teacher rather than every teacher.

Refreshed on a 30 day cycle

80,000 school websites are monitored every month and roughly four million educator records are refreshed on that same cadence. Healthcare coverage spans approximately 240 primary and secondary medical specialties across facility types.

The real problem

Your strongest segment, described badly

Pull your closed won accounts from the last four quarters and sort by industry. Healthcare and education tend to rank far higher than teams expect, even for companies selling furniture, cleaning supplies or facilities software. Then look at how your data provider describes those accounts.

Working from a general database
  • Providers duplicated across every facility they touch, inflating counts
  • The same email arriving in one inbox four times over
  • Purchasing agents targeted instead of the educator who actually selects the product
  • Specialty collapsed into a single generic label
  • Sends routed at volume into hardened district and health system domains, then blocked
  • Campaigns timed to the corporate calendar rather than the school fiscal year
Working from MCH through SpringDB
  • One contact record linked to every organization it belongs to
  • Honest reach numbers and a clean, deduplicated send
  • Roughly 400 educator functions to target the actual decision influencer
  • Approximately 240 medical specialties, primary and secondary
  • Deployment handled as a service, authenticated, dripped and randomized
  • Timing built around budget resets and staggered back to school dates

Pricing

Published rates, no discovery call required

Most data vendors make you book a call before they will quote. Here are the rates. All prices are per thousand records.

Four ways to buy

Pick the access model that fits

Because SpringDB resells this data, you do not run a separate procurement process with the vendor. One contract, one invoice, one point of contact.

01

Audience license

A defined segment for a campaign or a season, licensed for a fixed term. The fastest way to test a vertical before committing further.

02

Full file license

Complete access to one or more lists, refreshed on schedule. For teams building a product or a permanent territory model on the data.

03

API access

Query and enrich inside your own systems on your own cadence, with SpringDB handling the commercial and delivery layer.

04

MCP access via InstaDB

Query the file directly from an agent or an AI application over MCP, alongside anything else you license from the catalog.

What we deliver

The work that starts after the license is signed

Buying institutional data is the easy part. Landing it next to your existing records without creating duplicates, and keeping the segment usable a quarter from now, is where most projects stall. That is the work SpringDB does.

Segment definition and counts

We translate your target definition into an actual selection across lists, depths and add ons, then return real counts before you commit budget.

CRM architecture and loading

Schema mapping into Salesforce or HubSpot, with ownership and routing rules built for a territory that is now segmented very differently.

Deduplication against first party records

Matching institutional records against your existing customers and prospects, so a new file does not fracture attribution or reporting.

Provider to organization modeling

Preserving the relational structure in your own systems, rather than flattening it back into the duplicates the data was built to avoid.

Deliverability and deployment

Authentication, drip sequencing and volume pacing for district and health system domains, so a campaign does not cost you the account.

Refresh and data quality management

Scheduled refresh handled on your behalf, with quality checks that keep the segment accurate through the next budget cycle.

Programmatic audience activation

Segments built for activation through the platforms your team already runs on, including LiveRamp, The Trade Desk and StackAdapt.

Large file and claims scale joins

Our architecture was designed for very large sources, including claims scale files. Joining an institutional contact graph to data of that size is a build we already run.

Bespoke product builds

For teams embedding this data in a commercial product, we build and host the backend rather than handing you a file to solve.

Use cases

Where this data earns its keep

The first three are revenue use cases for teams selling into institutions. The last three are product use cases for teams embedding the data in something they sell.

GO TO MARKET

Selling into hospitals and health systems

Reach the right specialty at the right facility, with the provider linked to every organization they practice from, so counts hold up and sends stay clean.

GO TO MARKET

Selling into K-12 districts

Reach the educator who selects the product rather than the purchasing officer who signs the order, timed to the budget reset instead of the corporate quarter.

GO TO MARKET

Public sector and public safety

Municipal offices, police, fire and correctional agencies, each reachable as a distinct buying entity with its own procurement pattern.

PRODUCT

Healthcare data platforms

Provider and facility reference data as the entity backbone for analytics products, directories and market intelligence tools.

PRODUCT

Education technology platforms

School firmographics and educator contacts powering onboarding, territory tooling and market sizing inside education technology products.

PRODUCT

AI training and retrieval sets

A model reasoning about healthcare or education needs an entity graph, not a flat list. Clean linkage and normalized titles give retrieval something stable to resolve against.
